Vikings follows the adventures of Ragnar Lothbrok, the greatest hero of his age. The series tells the sagas of Ragnar's band of Viking brothers and his family, as he rises to become King of the Viking tribes. As well as being a fearless warrior, Ragnar embodies the Norse traditions of devotion to the gods. Legend has it that he was a direct descendant of Odin, the god of war and warriors.

I take back what I said about this show not on par w/ GOT..Each season gets better,powerful & intense. The acting,the writing,directing,the whole nine..About to be done w/S4 & IMHO,it’s the season where everything comes together,deeper intensified..So many things to say how amazingly good this show is but,lemme hold myself before I blew it for everyone who hasn’t taken this Viking ride yet...SKOL!!! -

Took me awhile to finally get around to watch this series (4.5yrs) & boy, glad I did. ***A very “ultra” tiny smidge of a SPOILER ALERT*** So far I have no complaints about the show. It is a great show. Not gonna say it’s in par w/GOT..No! But, no doubt it’s totally worth your time folks. The only thing that bothered me was the pilot when they desecrated the church..Yes, IK that “it’s base on history” though, it isn’t an absolute accuracy but, understandable HC just wanna make it legit & believab

I kinda wished they ignored real history to a greater extent and used Ragnar throughout the future seasons.

Underrated show! Needs some more publicity! It's on par with the top shows right now. Slow seaon 4, but other than that...10/10 -

Greatest show ever !!..Wonderfull cast, great storylines ..I always want more after each show !!! Ragnar is now gone but his legacy will continue through his sons...He was brave and smart enough to use his own death in order to seek a future revenge for his people. I really love Ivar's character , who I guess will surprise a few people in the future.. Thank you Travis Fimmel for the amazing perfomance as Ragnar..you will be missed! -

first season, not a big budget project, second season things got better.. man from the FIRST SEASON I ALREADY LOVED IT. AND THEN ALL THE PEOPLE AROUND SAW THE POTENCIAL IN IT AND INVESTED MONEY. THIS IS JUST A REAL GOOD EXAMPLE OF HOW GOOD THIS IS.

For me this show IS one of the greats, How i Rank it (1. Game of Thrones, 2.Vikings, 3. Black Sails, 4.The 100, 5. The Originals, 6.Lucifer there after all the marvel / Dc Comic book hero shows in no particular order. -

I love this show! At first I was a little sceptical, but after I watch three first episodes I did fall in love! I don't really like Ragnar that much. My fav characters are Rolo and LaGerta :)

The series was awesome in season 1, Ragnar was a badass. but in season 3 and 4 he started to be a drunk kind of person which is not cool, but the show keep make it good most of the time.

Great show, good accuracy with its mythology and Lagatha is smokin hot. I'm season 4, my wife and I love this show and there are very few shows that we both enjoy together and this is definitely one of them

This is by far my favorite show at the moment and it has really grown on me as I continue to watch through it. Although it is historically inaccurate there are so many positives to take out of this show. The characters are portrayed very well and the acting is A-Class with fantastic scripting and breathtaking scenes. This is one of the very few shows that gets my 10/10 Rating. -

At first i did not think that Vikings could capture my attention. I saw the trailer and i thought that it was a low budget series especially with that song they put (sail by awolnation) i must say it threw me off and made me lose all interest but, after giving the first episode a try it certainly attracted me and made me want more. The actors are amazing at their rolls, the scenes are beautiful, the costumes, the scripts are all astonishing.

I don't care about accurate historical events or anything, and the people that say it is inaccurate because of small details can go away. This show is entertaining badass and just overall the daily load of awesome. People who enjoyed game of thrones will love this show.

This series is just amazing. It has a good,amazing start it fits me. Since i am a northmen. Seing our northmen history and our ''Viking power'' And seing other people enjoying it makes me proud of being from the north. I still do our nations from being ''Heathens'' Now we are one of the worlds most sophisticated people. It's a good way to learn history from this series. 9/10 is because of the ''shaman'' he freaks me out.
